As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
- Work in person at our Elkton, MD location.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, and successful program completion.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC.
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
- EMDR experience is highly preferred.
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $34 to $44 per hour. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
