Responsibilities
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Deliver preventive care and health screenings
- Conduct exams and interpret diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams across a nationwide network
- Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
