Outpatient Hybrid Therapist

About the Role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in both in-person and virtual settings to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
• Deliver individual and/or group therapy
• Document thoroughly in the EHR and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
• Support patients through telehealth and on-site visits

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in mental health assessment and therapy delivery
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Competence in telehealth and electronic health records
