Position Overview: Seeking outpatient Hematology/Oncology faculty physicians to join a growing practice at a newly established, state-of-the-art outpatient center. The role offers a hybrid community and academic practice model, primarily based in Troy, with optional weekly clinics at a leading cancer center. Key Responsibilities Provide general hematology and oncology care, with opportunities to develop subspecialty expertise in breast cancer, melanoma, genitourinary, or head & neck oncology.Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and participate in tumor boards.Contribute to shaping oncology services within a new flagship outpatient facility. Qualifications & Skills Experience in hematology and oncology, with a focus on outpatient care.Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical skills.Interest in subspecialty development preferred.
