About the role

As an Outpatient Group Therapist at Beckett Springs Changes, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual, and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues. You will ensure accurate and timely patient documentation, actively participate in the treatment planning process, and engage in discharge, transition, and after-care planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual, and family sessions.
  • Affirmatively involve yourself in the treatment planning process.
  • Incorporate yourself actively in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning processes.
  • Offer family session counseling to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or counseling.
  • Relevant state licensure.
  • Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
  • Current clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.

Pay

$8,000 sign-on bonus offered.

Schedule
