Outpatient Float Therapist - Adolescent CD/IOP Telehealth

About the Role

The Clinical Services Float Therapist will be an in-person member of the multidisciplinary Outpatient Team at The Brook Hospitals KMI, a 98-bed facility offering a full continuum of care for adolescents, adults, and seniors. All telehealth groups are conducted on-site. This role involves working with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors, and activity therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain psycho-social assessments
  • Conduct family and group therapy on assigned cases
  • Complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure
  • Coordinate case management and discharge planning
  • Assist in developing and maintaining community resource information
  • Perform marketing functions as assigned
  • Maintain program environment in compliance with safety and security policies
  • Ensure good clinical judgment to optimize patient care
  • Participate in continuing education activities

Schedule

Hours for this position will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences
  • Must be licensed or under supervision in the state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW, CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP)

Qualifications

Preferred: One to three years of experience.
