About the role

Full-time Family Medicine Physician position in an outpatient-only practice in Galax, Virginia, joining two physicians and four advanced clinical practitioners. The practice offers a supportive, collaborative environment with flexible work arrangements, including job‑sharing opportunities. The clinic features an impressive lab and x‑ray department comparable to a small hospital, providing comprehensive lab services, digital x‑rays, ultrasound studies, and stress testing. It uses a sophisticated EPIC EMR system with centralized patient registration and billing, and moved into a new facility opened in January 2020. Galax is a charming small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains with easy access to Winston‑Salem (≈1 hr), Charlotte (≈1.5 hrs) and Roanoke (≈2 hrs). • ABMS/AOA board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine physician

Pay

• Salary range: $220,000 – $320,000 annually
• Eligibility for Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs; historical averages of these bonuses are reflected in the maximum salary figure
