Outpatient Dietitian - Hybrid Schedule!

About the role

This hybrid opportunity includes 2 remote days and 3 on-site days each week. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Summary Plan and deliver nutrition interventions to address patients' health condition(s) to improve health outcomes.
• Assists Outpatient Nutrition Coordination in the coordination of the outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) program to ensure patients' needs are met related to nutrition guidance.
• Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of principles of current nutrition and lifestyle therapy for age-specific populations served.
• Demonstrate ability to interface with system personnel on issues of clinical nutrition.

Benefits

Relocation Incentive: $8,500 for those who qualify

Pay

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $27.57 - $35.84 / hour

Schedule

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM
