About the Role

This team member will help cover at PAM Health Greeley and PAM Health Westminster as a part-time employee and must be willing and able to travel to both locations. At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care, ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Maintains referral management and coordinates all outpatient services.
• Serves as lead support person for the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient clinic.
• Makes recommendations to management regarding scheduling, hiring, and performance management of clerical staff, where applicable.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Business or Technical School training is preferred.
• Strong medical terminology is required.
• More than one (1) year of experience in a medical office position or in a healthcare registration function.
