Outpatient Telehealth Clinician – Work on Your Terms! Fee-for-Service | 100% Telehealth | Flexible Scheduling. We are growing fast and are looking for passionate, Licensed Clinicians in New York who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and families—all from the comfort of home. Language differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user‑friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York.
• Experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician seeking work‑life balance.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload.
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
• Skilled in time management and documentation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secured high‑speed internet, and a phone required.

Pay

Competitive pay: earn $45‑$75/hour, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience.
