About the role

We are seeking LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensed clinicians to provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy to both child and adult populations using evidence-based practices. This role works collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, recovery coaches, and a medical team. Candidates must be compassionate, strong in communication and collaboration, able to work with diverse populations, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensed Eligible or Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC
• Master’s degree in a relevant field

Pay

• Licensed Eligible Clinician: starting at $60,000
• LCSW: starting at $62,000
• Independently licensed: starting at $65,000
• Fee-for-Service: starting at $38 per billed hour

Schedule

Flexible; full-time, part-time, or fee-for-service, with evening and weekend hours available.
