Outpatient Child/Adolescent Therapist
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have About the role: the paragraph starting "Be a part of a brand new clinic in Loveland, CO..." plus mission statement etc. We'll put that under About the role
with
. Responsibilities: the list under "Responsibilities Include". We'll output
- each.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting has "Required Qualifications And Skills". Could split into Qualifications and Skills but we can combine? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have a single section "Requirements" containing both qualifications and skills. Or we could have Qualifications and Skills separate if there is distinct content. The posting includes qualifications (master's degree, licensure, etc.) and skills (communication, boundaries, documentation, Office 365, etc.). We could split but risk thin sections. Better to have one "Requirements" section covering both.
Pay: we have compensation details. We'll put under
Pay
withcontaining the ranges. Schedule: The posting mentions "Full-Time status clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client session hours per week". Also "flexible schedules" mentioned earlier. Also "This role serves clients primarily in-person, with option for some remote hours". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have benefits list. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions, etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't miss any important details: mention of "Ellie Mental Health makes the clinician's experience the best it can be by providing excellent compensation, benefits, training, and flexible schedules while also providing centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, client/therapist matching, initial scheduling, and ongoing billing and collections." That's part of benefits or about role? Could be included in Benefits or About the role. We'll incorporate into Benefits maybe. Also "Through these robust shared services, Ellie strives to lower the administrative aspects of providing care to the absolute minimum, so our practitioners have more time to focus on what they love – supporting clients!" That's also about role. Also "What We Have To Offer (based On Full-time Status)" includes bullet list: Competitive compensation (hourly base pay plus commission) depending on training, licensing, and years of experience; Pre-licensed starting range: $57,500 - $63,500; Licensed starting range: $69,500 - $75,500; 401K matching; Health Benefits; Paid Time-Off, paid holidays (including your birthday!); Professional development support, including paid training time; Paid supervision, case consultation, and documentation time; Reimbursement for clinical license renewal; Independence in a tight-knit, supportive, and transparent team environment; Commitment to promoting work/life balance; Credentialing completed by Ellie’s contract and credentialing team; Community Engagement Opportunities; Additional earning opportunities. We need to capture all that. Also "Additional earning opportunities" maybe part of compensation. Also "Responsibilities Include" list: Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy; Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community; Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals; Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol; Full-Time status clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client session hours per week; Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed; Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings; Contribute to a thriving team culture; Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;) (we can keep that as a bullet maybe but it's vague; maybe we can keep as bullet but it's not substantive? It's a joke; we could keep but it's not specific. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Other stuff we probably forgot to add..." is not substantive; it's a placeholder. We could omit it as it's not specific info. Probably safe to omit. "Required Qualifications And Skills" list: Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field; Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, SWC, LSW, LPCC etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado; Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation; Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients; Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner; Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base; Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!); Pass a background check; Licensed Clinicians who are currently credentialed with insurance panels are a plus!; Bilingual clinicians a plus! Also "What Else You Should Know": This position is located in Loveland, CO; This role serves clients primarily in-person, with option for some remote hours, in coordination with clinic manager; This position will report to the location’s Clinic Manager; Learn more about our amazing company at www.elliementalhealth.com (we can keep as a link? Probably we can keep as plain text URL). Also later there is a paragraph about Ellie Mental Health being therapist owned etc. That's more about company; could be included in About the role or separate but we already have About the role covering mission. Might be duplicate; we can incorporate. Also "Compensation: $57,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year" near end. That's pay. Also "Seeking creative & collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways." etc. That's more about encouraging applicants; could be part of About the role. Also "Employee Experience" etc. That's fluff; could be omitted as not substantive? It's about employee experience but maybe considered substantive? It's generic. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. Also "Company Structure" etc. That's also fluff. We'll focus on core sections. Now produce HTML:
