About the Role

Caroline Fu Psychiatry is a physician-owned concierge psychiatry practice founded by Mass General‑trained Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr. Caroline Fu. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with approximately 32 clinical hours per week, most follow‑up visits conducted via telehealth, and a caseload of roughly 70% adult and 30% child/adolescent psychiatry. You will have the flexibility to shape your panel around your interests and preferred practice style, and relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care combining psychotherapy and nuanced pharmacologic management.
• Conduct new patient evaluations in person at the Boston clinic.
• Perform follow‑up visits primarily through telehealth.
• Offer longer appointment times to incorporate meaningful psychotherapy.
• Manage a patient panel with strong administrative and operational support.
• Exercise autonomy over how you structure your clinical practice and develop specialized areas of interest.
• Participate in a collaborative physician group with locations in Boston and New York.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Massachusetts licensed or license‑eligible.
