Job Summary

Join Fairview Park Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, as a Physical Therapist PRN. You'll play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date (LPT)
  • Basic Education: Doctorate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life
  • Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery
  • Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare’s values of excellence, compassion, and integrity
