OUTLET SUPERVISOR – 2 Posts (M/F)

Job Responsibility

• Assist the Manager with interviewing, selecting, training, supervising and disciplining NomMee Staff
• Supervising the floor during meal period to ensure that NomMee standards and step of service are met through all guests, interactions.
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are complete each shift.
• Communicate effectively and in writing, to provide clear direction the staff.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
• Ensure that all steps of services as outlined in training materials are being followed on a daily basis.
• Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.

Job Description

• Previous experience as an outlet supervisor or higher
• Reading and writing in English a must
• High school graduate or higher
• Basic computer knowledge of word, excel
