Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Use a consultative approach to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented showroom environment

Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the showroom and interact with customers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Pay

Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $35,000 - $55,000 annually. Base pay: $12.00/hour.
