Responsibilities

• Supporting sales associates, customers, and store management
• Processing payments and finance applications
• Answering delivery questions
• Assisting with customer care responsibilities
• Answering phones
• Performing various other office duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED
• Good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• Suitable for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education

Pay

Starting salary: $15 - $16 per hour, depending on experience.
