What You’ll Do

• Interviewing, hiring, training, and the scheduling of outlet employees.
• Responding and reviewing customer comments and feedback.
• Implement company programs and manage the operations of the various outlets.
• Create and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.

Where You’ve Been

• At least 4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• At least a year’s experience in a management position.
