Outfitter

Job Summary

The Outfitter position works outside and is responsible for using various hand tools to do small repairs, as well installing plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other products on the fiberglass pool. Some of What You Will Do:

• Read and understand production orders.
• Inspect pools for flaws or order deviations.
• Trim and grind flanges.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Cut and drill holes for fittings, installing them per the SOP’s.
• Perform patching and repairs.
• Tile and set inlays.
• Responsible for tools, maintenance and repair.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all sorts of weather and temperatures.
• Experience using various hand tools.
• Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
• Experience in tiling preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
• Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.
