Outdoor Supply Hardware, Berkeley - Inventory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist in Berkeley. The ideal candidate should have experience with computer/data entry, be able to accurately count products, make price changes, and manage inventory in our store system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability by maintaining accurate store inventory
• Conduct specific types of cycle counts
• Process certain types of shrinkage
• Coordinate the annual physical inventory
• Work closely with Team Members, Corporate, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, and Vendors

Requirements

• Computer/data entry experience
• Able to accurately count products
• Able to make price changes
• Able to manage inventory in the store system
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or similar environment preferred
