Outdoor Learning Consultant: South West of England (Office/Field-Based)
About the role
Phoenix Play has over 20 years of experience designing and installing inspiring educational play environments across schools, nurseries and public settings. Our mission “Stories Start Here” reflects our belief that every playground is more than just equipment, it’s a place where friendships are formed, confidence grows, curiosity is encouraged and unforgettable experiences begin. From climbing frames and Early Years outdoor spaces to bespoke outdoor classrooms, every project we create is designed to make a lasting impact on the children who use it. The Opportunity: Are you looking for a career that is fun, creative and genuinely makes a difference? We are looking for an Outdoor Learning Consultant to join our growing Sales Team, covering our established home territory in the South West of England. This is a field-based role that combines customer site visits with office-based admin and design work. Typically, your time will be split evenly between working out in your territory and working alongside our wider team at our Bristol office across a fortnight. Working under the guidance of our Sales Director, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Operations and Creative Design teams to take a customer’s initial brief and vision and turn it into an inspiring outdoor learning and play space. From the first conversation and site visit through to developing the design, presenting your proposal and securing the project, you’ll play a key role in creating outdoor spaces that make a genuine difference to children.
