Outdoor Labor Specialist
About the role
Window Genie of Jacksonville Beaches is building the original field team for this location. We are seeking dependable individuals who want more than just another job. Responsibilities
- Clean windows, pressure wash homes, install window film or lighting, and transform properties across Jacksonville.
- Prepare equipment and review the schedule with your team.
- Protect customer landscaping, vehicles, furniture, and other property throughout every job.
- Load and unload trucks each day, keeping equipment clean and organized.
- Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
- Support company marketing efforts by placing yard signs when appropriate and encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
- Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Qualifications
We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect honesty, reliability, effort, and a commitment to getting 1% better every day. If you're dependable, coachable, and committed to doing quality work, we'll teach you the rest.
Skills
Experience is not required, but many successful technicians come from backgrounds such as landscaping, construction, painting, roofing, pool service, pest control, vehicle detailing, moving, warehouse delivery driving, military, athletics, and other physically demanding outdoor work.
Benefits
Compensation is paid bi-weekly at a starting rate of approximately $17/hour. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, customer tips, and overtime when applicable. Most weeks are approximately 24 to 45 hours (3-5 days), depending on weather, season, and customer demand.

Starting at approximately $17/hour, with potential for advancement and pay increases based on demonstrated performance, skill, reliability, quality, leadership, accountability, and customer service.
