About the Role

Join Chair King Backyard Store, a family-owned and operated specialty outdoor furniture retailer with over 23 locations across Texas and 30 Fortunoff Backyard Stores in the Northeast. As a Sales Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and enthusiastic energy.
• Listen to customer needs and help them find the perfect solutions.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Write and close sales with confidence.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
• Take on other responsibilities as needed.

Compensation

• A guaranteed base hourly rate + commissions from 2.5% to 5%.
• Additional 20% incentives on select items.
