Duties
- Facilitate various programs including but not limited to Challenge Courses, Nature Hikes and Rec Activities.
- Instruct 5th - 8th grade students during the early Fall and late Spring in nature and ecology through classes that involve forest, water, and ecosystem ecology.
- Serve guests in Sonoma Zipline Adventures. This includes guiding, driving, and checking guests in.
Support Other Departments
- Serve guests in the Front Office/Coffee Central area. This includes answering phones, computer data entry, gift store duties, and maintaining the hospitality area.
- Serve other departments as needed, including Accommodations/Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food Services

- Ability to handle crisis events and work under authority
- Physically fit to meet the demands of hiking the trails and facilitating the various outdoor challenge courses in all weather conditions
- Communication skills including phone etiquette and basic computer skills
- Must be in harmony with ARCG Statement of Faith and ARCG Staff Values
- Must pass Background Check
- Preferred: Experience in teaching, camps, or youth work
- Preferred: CPR and First Aid Certified, Lifeguard Certified
Pay
$17-$20/hour
