UC Health - Irvine Rehabilitation Hospital, a brand-new 52 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF), is set to open its doors in summer of 2026. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

How You'll Contribute

• Coordinate PPD data collection with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure supportive documentation for QIs is complete in the medical record.
• Complete admission and discharge IRF-PAIs within CMS-designated timeframes.
• Abstract required information from medical records and summarize on the IRF-PAI.
• Enter data into the CMS-accepted software/program within designated timeframes.
• Maintain and update the IRF-PAI log; verify accuracy against the patient location roster.

Salary Range

$110,000-$115,000
