About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the company’s post-sales operating model and current growth priorities
• Collaborate with multiple departments to identify key growth drivers and indicators
• Identify priority programs to support current business growth
• Develop initial program plans, success metrics, and stakeholder maps
• Partner with regional teams to adapt global programs locally
• Create clear documentation and materials to align cross-functional teams
• Establish a structured rhythm for progress reviews and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or post-sales GTM operations
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills to convert ambiguous queries into actionable insights
• Proven record of designing and managing cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
• Ability to manage stakeholders across senior leaders and operational teams effectively
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating strategy documents and executive updates
• Experience in a global organization, balancing central strategies with regional implementation
• Strong judgment with a keen interest in customer growth dynamics

Pay

$250,000 – $280,000 annually
