Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Accurate filling and checking of customer orders
- Shipping and receiving products
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Safe forklift and equipment usage
- Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Committed to 100% accuracy

- Willingness to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
- Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
- Team oriented
- Safety awareness oriented
- Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
- Solid written and oral communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Warehouse work with some computer usage
- Standing and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Help loading delivery trucks and staging products at the dock doors
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs
- Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
Pay
This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime. Pay is $21/hour - $22.93/hour, depending on experience.
