Outbound Travel Sales Representative (On-Site)

About the role

ONE is looking for talented salespeople to join our rapidly expanding team as a Cruise Vacation Planner. In this full-time position, you will close sales, grow a profitable book of business, and deliver a world-class guest experience while earning base pay, uncapped commissions, and ongoing employee incentives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
• Personally responsible for achieving performance requirements set by the company.
• Sell and book cruises while offering world-class guest experience.
• Manage member information confidentially and accurately to ensure transactions are processed correctly.
• Work directly with leadership to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Understand the importance customer service plays in sales.
• Able to overcome initial reluctance and objections.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ sales experience.
• Computer proficiency, including web browsing.
• Must be organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound customer calls.
• Strong communication skills to help explain products and services to customers.
• Ability to be successful in a performance and commission-driven environment.
• Passion to help customers, co-workers, and growth of the company.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Business casual attire is required for this role, reflecting a polished and professional appearance.

Pay

• 1st Year: $70,000+
• 2nd Year: $100,000+
