As a Warehouse Supervisor at RJW, you lead a team that keeps our customers’ products moving safely, accurately, and on time. You set the tone on the floor, bringing a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity while developing the associates who make it all happen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments, and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded, and shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments, and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs, and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of previous warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while holding high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity, and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills—able to set expectations, give feedback, and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting the operation.
