Qualifications
- One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred, not required
- Knowledge of distribution or manufacturing is beneficial
- Proficient with Excel and the total MS Suite
- Adaptability to change
- Collaboration and team approach is a must have
- Experience with SAP and working in customer portals is a plus
- Customer service experience will be helpful in this position
Reasoning Abilities
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Physical Demands
- Sit and talk or hear
- Occasionally stand and walk
- Occasionally exposed to extreme cold
