Outbound Specialist

Qualifications

• One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred, not required
• Knowledge of distribution or manufacturing is beneficial
• Proficient with Excel and the total MS Suite
• Adaptability to change
• Collaboration and team approach is a must have
• Experience with SAP and working in customer portals is a plus
• Customer service experience will be helpful in this position

Reasoning Abilities

• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Physical Demands

• Sit and talk or hear
• Occasionally stand and walk
• Occasionally exposed to extreme cold
