Outbound Sales Associate
Responsibilities
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people.
- You are passionate about selling and converting.
- You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods.
- You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
Pay
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
