About the role
Empire Today is looking for a Outbound Sales Associate to join our dynamic Inside Sales Department. Our team handles pricing concerns, product concerns, and project concerns – we are the heart and soul of the sales division!
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers, selling our products over the phone.
- Master all applicable rebuttals and price drop tools, and successfully utilize these to close the sale within pricing parameters.
- Maintain established conversion goals daily and acceptable installation rates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Telemarketing and sales experience.
- Selling skills and rebuttal management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay
$11.50 per hour + bonus (Associates earn $24-$26/hr on average). On Target Earnings: $50,000 annually.
