About the role
The primary responsibility of an Outbound Processor is to manage customer interactions through phone calls and emails to process orders, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers to process orders, provide support, and resolve issues.
- Manage customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing to meet company standards.
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with call center operations.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions.
