Outbound Call Specialist - Service

The Young Automotive Group is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at the Young Ford Ogden location. Full‑time role in a fast‑paced call center environment, connecting with customers via calls, texts, and digital communication to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance needs, and support the service team. Pay

$15/hour + Commission & Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow‑up opportunities
• Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments
• Thrive in a fast‑paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization
• Goal‑driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
