Outbound Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator to engage with current, past, and potential donors through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule blood donation appointments while building rapport, providing excellent customer service, and overcoming objections. This role supports lifesaving efforts and contributes to community health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors to schedule blood donation appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with donors through effective communication.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Overcome objections and encourage donors to commit to appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and productivity goals.
• Work independently in a remote environment while adhering to organizational standards.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection or objections professionally.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• Customer service roles.
• Call center or outreach work.
• Previous experience in donor engagement or nonprofit outreach.

Schedule

This is a stable full-time position with a consistent schedule. Paid training is provided.
