About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator to connect with current, past, and potential donors, schedule blood donation appointments, and promote lifesaving contributions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls from a quiet home office
• Build rapport with donors and provide excellent customer service
• Overcome objections and encourage blood donations
• Maintain accurate donor information
• Achieve performance goals

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working on the phone
• Goal-oriented mindset and resilience
• Ability to multitask and dependability

Preferred Experience

• Customer service

Training & Schedule

• Four weeks of paid training
• Flexible schedules with additional pay for weekend hours

Candidates must reside within 30 miles of specified locations; restrictions apply for certain states.
