About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide academic tutoring and mentoring to students
- Organize and facilitate after-school programs
- Assist in developing and implementing educational curricula
- Maintain records and report progress to parents and administrators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Experience working with youth in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
