About the role
We are currently seeking a CDL A Truck Driver for an OTR position in Winchester, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL A truck safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs
- Ensure the safe handling of freight
Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement preferred; must obtain within 90 days of hire
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $0.62 - $0.65 per mile
- Average weekly earnings: $1,500 - $1,900+
- Work Schedule: 5-day schedule (choose from Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, or Sun-Thurs)
- Start times between 5–7 a.m.
- Optional Saturday shifts available
- Guarantee of 48 hours off
- Average shifts last 10–14 hours
