Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience, 3 years work history
- Safe Driving Record
- DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre-employment, and random checks
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to continuous safety improvement
- Operate according to all state and federal laws
Requirements
- 350+ miles length of haul
- 99.9% No Touch freight
- Steady, consistent & predictable customer base
- Consistent customer freight, very few brokered loads
- Personal Communication - no dispatch hold music
- Late model tractors, age of fleet 53' Dry Vans, no reefers
- 2,500 - 3,500 miles per week
Responsibilities
- Operating throughout the Midwest running freight
- Out 5 1/2 days per week
