OTR Reefer Drivers

Job Summary

Roamer Transport is seeking experienced OTR Reefer Drivers with 70-2 years of CDL-A driving experience. Weekly earnings range from $1,920 to $2,160 based on 3200-3600 miles weekly. The position offers a 3200-3600 miles weekly base with a 5 cent bonus per mile for 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience. Additionally, there's base mileage pay, per diem, and daily bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trucks on 90% customer-based routes in the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast.
• Work with dispatch to ensure customized routes and late model trucks.

• Receive additional pay for various scenarios such as breakdowns, detention, extra stops, layovers, performance, and safety bonuses.

Requirements

• CDL-A license required.
• Experience with refrigerated trucking preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
