OTR Reefer Drivers

Job Summary

Roamer Transport is seeking experienced OTR Reefer Drivers. The position requires 2-7 years of CDL-A driving experience and offers competitive compensation ranging from $1,920 to $2,160 weekly.

About the Role

Drive refrigerated freight for 90% customer-based routes in the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast. Enjoy home within 70 miles and benefit from flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and safety bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated freight for 3200-3600 miles weekly
• Operate under 5 bonus cents per mile for 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Receive base mileage pay, per diem, and daily bonus opportunities
• Work with and ride with dispatch to ensure customized routes
• Enjoy late model trucks and additional pay for various scenarios such as breakdowns, detentions, extra stops, layovers, and performance

Requirements

• CDL-A license required
• 2-7 years of CDL-A driving experience

Pay

Base pay is 3200-3600 miles weekly at 50 CPM with 5 bonus cents per mile for 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience. Additional pay includes per diem, daily bonus opportunities, and various other benefits.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with home within 70 miles and attention to driver needs.
