OTR Reefer Drivers

Job Summary

Roamer Transport is seeking experienced OTR Reefer Drivers with 70-2 years of CDL-A driving experience. Weekly earnings range from $1,920 to $2,160, based on 3200-3600 miles weekly. The position offers a 3200-3600 miles weekly base with a 5 cent bonus per mile for 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience. Additionally, there's base mileage pay, per diem, and daily bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trucks (reefers) for 90% customer-based freight with consistent routes in the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast.
• Work with and ride with drivers for flexibility and support.
• Operate late model trucks and benefit from on-site mechanics.
• Enjoy customized routes and benefits that matter, including dental, life, vision, and paid time off.
• Receive additional pay for various scenarios such as breakdowns, detentions, extra stops, layovers, performance, safety, and signing bonuses.
• Participate in a 5-star driver-rated program with supplemental pay.

Requirements

• CDL-A license required.
• 70-2 years of CDL-A driving experience.
