OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Roamer Transport is seeking experienced OTR Reefer Drivers with 2-70 years of CDL-A driving experience. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $1,920 to $2,160 weekly, based on 3,200-3,600 miles weekly. The package includes a 3200-3600 miles weekly base with a 5 cent bonus per mile for 5+ years of verified CDL-A experience, plus base mileage pay, per diem, and daily bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trucks on various routes in the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast.
• Operate under a 90% customer-based freight schedule for consistent routes.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate home time and personal needs.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong safety record and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
