OTR Reefer Drivers

Job Summary

Roamer Transport is seeking experienced OTR Reefer Drivers with 2-7 years of CDL-A driving experience. Weekly earnings range from $1,920 to $2,160 based on 3200-3600 miles weekly. The position offers a 3200-3600 miles base with a 5 cent bonus per mile for 5+ years of verified CDL-A experience, plus mileage pay, per diem, and daily bonus opportunities.

About the Role

Home within your 70: Work primarily in the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast regions. Consistent routes with 90% customer-based freight. Flexible home time and dispatch support.

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trucks (reefers) for Roamer Transport
• Operate under 3200-3600 miles weekly
• Work with dispatch to ensure efficient route planning and compliance
• Ensure safety and adherence to all company policies and regulations
• Handle daily and weekly bonuses based on performance and experience

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of experience
• Good driving record and adherence to DOT regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch

Qualifications

• Experience with refrigerated truck operations
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Passing physical requirements for commercial driving
