OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Over-the-road (OTR) reefer drivers with home time within a 70-mile radius. Weekly earnings range from $1,920 to $2,160 based on 3,200–3,600 miles per week. Base pay is 60 cents per mile (CPM), with an additional 5 bonus cents per mile for drivers with 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience. Includes per diem, daily bonus opportunities, and other pay incentives.

Primarily refrigerated freight with 90% customer-based routes for consistency. Operates in the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast regions from Idaho Falls, ID.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated trucks for OTR routes.
• Maintain consistent delivery schedules with customer-based freight.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A truck driving experience.
• Ability to handle OTR routes with home time within a 70-mile radius.

Pay

• Base pay: 60 CPM (plus 5 bonus CPM for 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A experience).
• Weekly earnings: $1,920–$2,160 (based on 3,200–3,600 miles).
