OTR Reefer Driver

About the role

Company Driver responsible for safely operating late-model tractors, primarily Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, and International trucks, governed at 70 MPH.

Key duties

• Drive and deliver loads efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Adhere to electronic logs and company policies
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Receive bonus pay for clear inspections and extra drop pay
• Participate in referral programs and benefit from sign-on and safety bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 24 years old
• At least 2 years of recent over-the-road tractor/trailer experience
• No more than 3 speeding violations in 3 years and no speeding over 15 mph in 5 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in 3 years
• No felony convictions in the past 5 years
