We hire therapists who share our vision, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and work diligently to restore function while preventing decline in the patients we serve. ✅ About the Facility ✅ Responsibilities Review clinical information and evaluate its impact on the assessment and treatment process.Conduct comprehensive functional assessments using standardized procedures.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with achievable functional goals.Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and promptly.Revise treatment plans based on patient performance and progress.Supervise and guide therapy assistants, ensuring proper treatment techniques and the delivery of care.Educate residents, families, and caregivers about exercises and therapeutic procedures to support carryover.Collaborate with nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members, and families to maximize functional outcomes.Assist with discharge planning and maintain knowledge of community resources.Participate in care conferences, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.Maintain clinical competence through continuing education opportunities.Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility standards, including HIPAA and payer guidelines.Support the company’s mission, vision, and professional expectations.Maintain expected productivity levels and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. ✔️ Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational TherapyActive OT license in the state of practiceBLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team ➡️ Benefits Competitive Pay & Daily Pay OptionMedical, Dental, VisionShort & Long-Term DisabilityAncillary Insurance & FSAPTO + Free Birthday Holiday + Holiday Bonus PayFree Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchFree CEUs and Continuing Education Support ✅ Be part of something meaningful.
