OTR Field Mechanic

About the role

The role involves performing various mechanical tasks on heavy equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Document all work performed and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulic components.
• Basic understanding of computer software for documentation.

Pay

Schedule
