OTR Dry Van Truck Driver, CDL-A

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A license
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents

Compensation and Bonuses

• Solo Drivers: Base pay: 65 cents per mile, Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile, $2,500 sign-on bonus, Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home, 99% no touch, Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250
• Team Drivers: Base pay: 77 cents per mile, Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile, $10,000 sign-on bonus, Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home, 99% no touch, Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)

• Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old.
