OTR Driver

Quick Look Pay: $100,000 per year
Location: 3050 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI, 53511
Schedule: 5–6 days a week, varies depending on run

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Possess a valid Class “A” commercial driver’s license
• Have at least 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles or more than 2,500 accident-free hours
• Willing to work holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work up to 14 hours a day and drive a tractor trailer for extended periods of time, up to 11 hours per day, with or without reasonable accommodation

About the role

Safely deliver beloved brands like Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and keep shelves stocked for your community.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer and transport products to and from specified destinations in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Load and unload trailers, which may include manual loading, palletized loading/unloading, use of a two-wheeler, and lifting product overhead
• Transport chips, dips, and more to large grocery stores, Frito-Lay manufacturing facilities, rural storage units, and other traffic centers
• Obtain signatures of receipt, pick up returns, complete logs and paperwork related to deliveries, and review invoices and/or manifests
• Use an electronic logging device, such as a tablet or onboard computer, and complete pre- and post-trip truck inspections
• Communicate with customers, sales drivers, and dispatch throughout the day or night
